Babystacks Cafe serves tasty traditional diner favorites with a Hawaiian twist! They first opened their doors on October 15, 2010. They solely specialize in breakfast and lunch. What is appealing about Babystacks is the wide variety of pancake flavors including bananas foster, red velvet, hazelnut (made with Nutella), carrot cake, pumpkin, cookie batter, cinnabun, german chocolate, ube, s’mores, peanut butter and bacon (to name a few). Many of the pancakes are served with a delicious homemade cream cheese syrup. You can also find the standard range of diner breakfast favorites such as omelettes, huevos rancheros, chicken fried steak, eggs benedict, french toast and crepes.
For lunch you should try one of their Hawaiian themed dishes. You can choose from garlic adobo fried rice, loco moco, Spam and egg scramble, Spam sliders or sweet rolls. The menu also has a selection of sandwiches, burgers, salads and desserts.
